Our app-based booking services provide a platform to connect users with TURSAB approved, travel agency powered excursion providers. Our services are intended to be used for commercial use only.

Payment & Refund

Users are required to pay for services provided through our platform. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payment methods. All payments made through our platform are subject to our payment policies, which may be updated from time to time. We do refunds for free up to 15 days before the tour date. We don't do refunds for less than 15 days before the agreed pickup time

Users are expected to use our services responsibly and not engage in any behavior that may harm our platform, drivers, any agency workers or other users. Users are not permitted to use our platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. Users are also prohibited from interfering with the operation of our platform or engaging in any activity that could compromise the security or integrity of our platform.
Users are solely responsible for the content they submit through our platform. By submitting content, users grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, modify, and reproduce the content for the purpose of providing our services.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at our all Apps unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

Our platform, including all content and intellectual property, is owned by us and/or our licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any of the content or intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

We reserve the right to terminate a users access to our platform at any time, without notice, for any reason. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the company is based. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice. Users are advised to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes.
